Accessibility statement
Last updated 18 October 2026 · https://yeshavoda.co.il
We want Yesh Avoda to be comfortable and usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We are working to meet the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773–2013, and Israeli Standard SI 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA.
What we have done
- The site is built in Hebrew, right to left, with the page language and text direction declared, and has a full English version.
- Pages are structured with headings and marked navigation and content regions, and a "Skip to content" link at the start of every page.
- Full keyboard navigation, with a clear outline on the focused element.
- Text and pages can be enlarged in the browser and on phones without losing content.
- Light mode, dark mode, or automatic, following the device setting.
- People who asked their device to reduce motion get pages without animations.
- Everything that moves by itself on the home page (the rows of fields, the phone picture and the counter) stops with the "Pause animations" button near the top of the page, and the choice is remembered. The rows also pause under the mouse.
- Buttons that show only an icon have a text name for screen readers, and decorative images are hidden from them. Live updates (such as a run's progress) are announced to screen readers.
- Form fields have labels, and error messages are written in words, not shown by colour alone.
Known limitations
- A full accessibility audit by a certified accessibility auditor has not been done yet. We keep improving.
- Job ads, employers' sites and career sites the service links to are not under our control and are not necessarily accessible.
- Resume PDFs are shown as they were uploaded.
