Terms of service

This is a translation for convenience. The Hebrew version is the binding one; if the two differ, the Hebrew text prevails.
1. General
These terms apply to the use of Yesh Avoda ("the service"), on the website and in the installed app. The service is operated and provided by Maor Idi ("the operator", "we"), whose ID number, address and phone are given in section 13. Using the service means you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
The service searches for job openings in Israel that match the roles and preferences you pick and, at your request, applies to them on your behalf: it fills in forms on career sites, sends emails from your Yesh Avoda email address and attaches your resume and, unless you chose to send none, your cover letter. It also offers AI tools for writing letters, filling in your profile and reviewing your resume.
The service works with third-party sites that we do not control. We do not promise that jobs will be found, that every application will go through, or that you will get a reply, an interview or a job offer. Some jobs the service cannot apply to by itself; they are shown to you to handle by hand.
Companies to skip: the service does not apply to companies you list on the Job search page (for example your current employer), by the company name the job ad gives. This is best effort: an ad that hides the employer's name, names it differently (another spelling, language or a related company) or is posted by a placement agency may not be recognised. Add every name the company is known by, and check the applications sent in your account.
3. Account
- The service is for people aged 18 and over. You sign in with a Google account you have the right to use.
- Opening an account may require the administrator's approval or an invitation.
- You must give correct, complete and up-to-date information and keep access to your account safe.
- Emails from the service: we send emails about your account: updates after cycles, employers' answers, a weekly summary, a reminder when applying stops and notices about your plan. You can turn the summary and reminders off on the Settings page or with the link in each of them.
- Advertisements: tips, news and offers are sent by email only if you agreed to them, under section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982. Each one says "פרסומת" (advertisement) at the start of its subject, at most one is sent every 14 days, and you can withdraw your consent at any time with the link in each of them, on the Settings page or by writing to us. Not agreeing does not change the service you get.
4. Permission to act for you
By turning on Apply or Autopilot you allow the service to act on your behalf: to apply to jobs that match the search you set, to open accounts for you on career sites, to type your profile details into forms and to send email from your Yesh Avoda email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for every application sent on your behalf. Use Dry run and Rehearse to see what the service will do before you turn on applying. You can stop a run and turn Autopilot off at any moment.
5. Prohibited use
Do not use the service to send spam, to apply in someone else's name, to give false information, against the terms of the sites it visits, or in any way that breaks the law or harms the service or other users.
6. Plans and payment
- Trial: every new account gets 3 free trial days with every feature, within a daily limit (up to 5 applications a day). The days count from when the account's setup is complete and autopilot turns on (or from the first run that applies, if that comes first), and at the latest from 7 days after sign-up.
- Free: after the trial, the account moves to the free plan, in which the service only finds jobs that match you and shows them. Applying and the AI tools are not included.
- Pro: applying and AI tools without a daily limit, as a subscription that renews every month (₪59), every three months (₪149) or every year (₪399). The price that applies is the one shown on the Plans page when you buy Pro. Prices are final, with no VAT or other charge added.
- Each period of Pro is paid in advance, online through PayPal: by card or with a PayPal account. Card details are entered only on PayPal's secure page; we never see or keep them, and PayPal keeps the means of payment to charge the renewals. Pro starts as soon as PayPal confirms the first payment. If online payment is unavailable, we contact you to arrange payment; Pro bought that way is paid once for its period and does not renew. Every payment, renewals included, gets a receipt as the law requires, and every refund a credit receipt, emailed to you after the payment or refund. By subscribing you agree to get them by email; to get them another way, write to us. When Pro starts you also get an email confirming the purchase: the plan, its price and dates, how it renews, the operator's details and how to cancel.
- Renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, for the plan's price, from the means of payment you used, until you cancel (section 7). There is no minimum commitment. We email you a reminder 7 days before a three-month renewal and 30 days before a yearly one. If a renewal payment fails, Pro ends when the paid period ends.
- We may change prices or plans. A change never applies to a period already paid for or to the price of a running subscription.
- Coupons: a coupon code gives the discount or the free Pro days shown when you apply it, once per person, until it ends or runs out. It can't be exchanged for money or combined with another code. When you pay a discounted price, the purchase confirmation shows it and any refund (section 7) is calculated from the amount actually paid. A coupon lowers the first payment of a subscription only; renewals are at the plan's price. Before the first renewal at that price we email you a separate notice with the date and the new price, so you can cancel before it.
- Invite friends: you and a friend who signs up for the first time through your invite link each get the free Pro days shown on the Invite friends page when the friend buys a Pro plan (you don't need to buy one yourself). If that purchase is cancelled and refunded, the free days are taken back from both of you, from whatever is left of them. Free days given while a trial or another plan is running start when it ends. The page shows how many rewards one person can earn. To prevent abuse, sign-ups from a device or network another account uses may wait for our review. Inviting yourself, fake or duplicate accounts, or any other abuse cancels the reward and may suspend the account.
- Free Pro days (from a coupon, an invite or a gift) have no cash value and are not refunded. We may change or end a coupon or the invite program at any time; days already given stay yours.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel the subscription at any time: with the "Cancel subscription" button on the Pro page, or by writing to the address in section 13, under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, and its regulations. Cancelling stops further charges at once, and you choose between:
- Keeping Pro until the end of the current month (the default): Pro stays on until the end of the month of the paid period you are in, and the whole months left in that period are refunded. A monthly subscription stays on until the end of the paid month.
- Ending Pro now: Pro ends at once (in any case within 3 business days of your notice), and the part paid for the days left in the period is refunded. Ending it this way within 14 days of the first payment refunds the whole amount paid, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower.
- Pro bought by arrangement for a fixed period, without a subscription: cancelling within 14 days of the purchase refunds the amount paid less the same fee; later, Pro ends within 3 business days of your notice and the proportional part paid for the remaining period is refunded.
- Refunds are made within 14 days of the cancellation, to the means of payment used or by bank transfer.
- Deleting the account also cancels its subscription, with no further charges.
- Nothing here limits any further rights the law gives you.
8. Availability and changes to the service
We try to keep the service available and working properly, but there may be faults, interruptions and maintenance. We may change, add or remove features, or stop the service. If we stop the service, we will announce it in advance and refund the proportional part of any remaining Pro period.
9. Content and intellectual property
The information, resumes and letters you upload are yours. You allow us to use them only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy. The service itself, its design, code and marks belong to us and may not be copied or used without permission. Letters and content the AI assistant creates for you are yours to use.
Company names and logos shown in the service (for example next to your applications and the mail you receive) belong to their owners. They are shown only to identify the company, are taken from the company's own website, and do not mean that the company is connected to or endorses the service. A company that wants its logo removed can contact us. Company websites are found with TechMap data (ODbL).
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, for the content or actions of third-party sites and employers, or for errors in information you provided. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in this section limits liability that by law cannot be limited.
11. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is misused, and in other cases with advance notice. Closing a paid account for a reason other than a breach entitles you to a proportional refund.
12. Changes to the terms, law and jurisdiction
We may update these terms. We will announce a material change on the site or by email before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
13. Contact
Operator: Maor Idi. The operator's ID number, postal address and phone are shown when you press the button below and are not printed in the page, so that automated tools do not collect them; they also appear on the Pro page before you ask for Pro and in the purchase confirmation sent by email.
Questions, cancellation requests and complaints: [email protected]. Information about the site's accessibility is in the accessibility statement.
